Four grand family houses with spacious rooftop terraces and lots of greenery has garnered the attention of the editors of Forbes magazine, which has ranked the project in the listed Tejnka zone with a unrivalled view of the Prague Castle in its annual presentation of the TOP properties on the Czech residential market.
We will be completing the carcass at the turn of February and March. All is going according to schedule – thus in July the flats will be completely ready to be handed over to the new owners.
Sakura has reached the final shortlist of the prestigious architectural WAN Awards 2017 in the category of Future Projects – Residential. In the final round it will run up against residences from four continents.
In recent weeks we have begun work on our new Bleriot project in Prague 9 with the landscaping. The new web pages and the start of the sales will also be prepared soon.
We are working on the carcass during the course of October. The general contractor is our affiliated company T.E Construction Management.
In spite of the summer, the holidays and the general rest and relaxation, we managed to complete the acquisition of a new residential project at the beginning of September after several months of negotiations. The project is going up in Prague 9, not far from the popular Letňany shopping centre and close to the metro and bus.
We are currently laying the foundation of the elevator shafts for all 4 entrances and are starting to prepare the foundation plate and sewerage in the Sakura project and we will soon begin the construction of the first underground level.
We have obtained the valid building permit for the Truhlárna project.
At the end of November 2016 we received a valid building permit for the multifunctional Milhouse building.
